Swinburne University Solar, Battery Install and Building Energy Sharing Network

Green Home Green Planet has partnered with Swinburne University to engineer and deliver a world first retrofitted physical energy network which enables smart energy sharing behind the meter.
 
The system uses predictive AI technology to estimate the future energy load of the building and takes inputs from the integrated solar, battery and HVAC system to decide whether to share energy behind the meter between buildings, store energy in the battery, use the solar system to run the HVAC system or draw energy from the grid.
 
GHGP has completed the first phase of the project in mid-2021, installing the solar and battery system with the following key features:
